As the costs depend on many factors, we cannot give a general quote. Depending on the size, shape of the roof, condition of the garden, existence of a foundation and other factors, the costs will vary. Ask your dealer about an installation partner. Contact us and we will be happy to discuss your options and arrange a quote for you.
When laying the foundation and building your garden building, you must take into account the applicable rules of your municipality. You can find the latest planning information on our Planning Permission page.
Delivery
It is also possible to deliver anywhere in the UK. Please contact us for the possibilities.
Garden sheds and log cabins are only delivered to the roadside. Please note that the road must be accessible for a wide lorry (40 tonnes). The haulier has a forklift truck which he will use.
Ordering
When you design your summerhouse, garden office, veranda or garage in the 3D configurator of Lugarde, you will be able to view your future summerhouse directly from every angle. In this way you will see on one screen the variety of possibilities Lugarde can offer you. You can also save or forward your design to discuss with your dealer or family.
As each ForeverTimber product is custom-made for you, we require a 25% deposit before proceeding with production. Of course you can transfer the full purchase price directly at this time.
After full payment your house will be released for delivery. We will then contact you by phone to agree on a suitable delivery date.

We offer several options to give your house the right treatment. However this depends very much on the system you have chosen. We can deliver your house transparent (untreated), with a pretreatment, stained or pressure treated.
