Items not Required – 30 Days to Return
Should you need to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 30 days of the day of receipt. If you do this, please contact Forever Timber on 01305 564864 or email@example.com quoting your original invoice number.
You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier.
We ask you to ensure the goods are returned to us in their unopened, original packaging and in new showroom condition. We will refund the total cost of the goods. We can arrange uplift of the items at an extra charge.
Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied or Damaged Items
If we have supplied an item incorrectly, damaged when received or is faulty, you should notify us within 24 hours of receipt on 01305 564864 or firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your invoice number.
Forever Timber will arrange the uplift of goods. Upon inspection, if we are satisfied with the defect item we will either replace it or arrange a refund of the full value paid and any carriage costs incurred.
It is important to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you see any damage to the packaging sign for the goods as DAMAGED!!!. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods un-examined to allow us to make any claims with our carrier.
All our tools come with a manufacturers warranty. Please follow the instructions on the pages or instruction manuals to register for any extended guarantee offered.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event your product developing a fault within the warranty period, return carriage charges must be paid by the customer in full.
